Really good Service and Stylish Comfort

The hotel staff greeted me warmly during check-in. I found the housekeeping to be attentive. Every staff member I encountered provided service beyond expectations (a romantic touch). I appreciated the hotel keeping my extra luggage at no charge when I had a short trip.
I noticed a musty smell on the bedsheets and pillowcases. It seems the sheets might have been stored slightly damp. This impacted the freshness of the room upon arrival.

the room was spacious and well designed i found the bed to be quite comfortable the bathroom provided ample space for storing personal items the view from the room of the ocean was pretty. the staff was helpful and friendly assisting me with questions i had they seemed eager to provide assistance. the location is near the Wong Chuk Hang MTR station providing convenient access to other areas.
the room experienced some noise i noticed the passing metro created noise i also heard motorcycles. i was informed during check in about an annual electrical inspection the hotel had so there was no electricity for half a day. the wifi connection frequently disconnected making it difficult to stay connected.

the sea beautiful suite offered a great deal of space! it also featured a little kitchenette complete with a kettle and a mini fridge. the room had a very nice view for both morning and night, it felt so dreamy
the food options were very limited, i wished i could have tried more, though the available meals were tasty
